  • Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®)
  • Master of Business Administration in Finance – Vanderbilt University
  • Bachelor of Science in Economics and Human and Organizational Development – Vanderbilt University

While he played many sports growing up, Krunch achieved his greatest success in tennis—an experience that helped shape who he is today, both personally and professionally. Prior to college, he was consistently the top-ranked player in Oklahoma and the Missouri Valley, won multiple U.S. National Junior Championships, and represented the United States on the national team multiple times. He went on to compete as the No. 1 player at Vanderbilt, earned All-SEC honors, served as team captain, and still holds multiple school records today. His time on the professional circuit was cut short by a back injury, prompting Krunch to return to Vanderbilt to earn his MBA. Throughout his athletic career, he developed core principles and values that now guide his professional life—dedication, determination, persistence, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to ethics and integrity. Krunch understands that success in this business is shaped by both hard work and opportunity—and that the harder you work, the more opportunities come your way.

Krunch started his financial career in 1998 with SunTrust Securities before earning his MBA. In 2002, he became part of a private wealth management group at Lehman Brothers, where he built and grew a successful business managing the assets for wealthy families and institutions. He managed everything from business development and client relationships to portfolio construction. He then spent seven years at Credit Suisse, and while building a successful business, he also served as a Key Account Manager for one of the firm’s top clients. In 2015, he joined UBS, where he continued to grow and develop his practice before becoming completely independent in 2026.

Over the last 15 years, Krunch has had the privilege of coaching all three of his children in sports. Much of that time was spent coaching youth football, which he considers to be one of the best things he’s ever done. He valued both quality time with his son and the chance to mentor young kids and help them grow into thriving adults through the traits, values, and lessons Krunch learned from his most influential coaches and mentors.

Krunch is also part of a dad band called The Deplorables that plays at different school events, charity functions, and other events around Atlanta. Their true passion is their annual Deplora-Ball—an event that Krunch and his wife Courtney started with a goal to raise money for the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Over the years, the event has grown into a record-breaking fundraiser, raising close to a million dollars for a non-Make-a-Wish-sponsored cause.

Krunch grew up in Oklahoma City and today lives in Atlanta with his wife Courtney, their son Whitty, and their daughter Bailey. Their oldest daughter, Palmer, is currently in college. As a family, they enjoy spending time at their home in the Blue Ridge Mountains, being involved with their local church, making music together with their family band called the Rockstar Bandits. Krunch is an avid golfer and die-hard Oklahoma Sooners football fan.
